Yes, they are very resourceful. You can find recipes for soap and deodorant in their Q&A section

This is my favorite section of all participants. I like all the ideas and orginality of how they use and reuse items that most people do not think about!!!! Like the Grey Water. Small effort but great benefit!

Life is an adventure Olaf! A good justification for doing something, is as you know, doing things well and making or taking the time to do so %)

Intercontinental travel has been and still is viable via sea freighters. Apparently it is a most fascinating way to travel and view the vast oceans of the Blue&Green Planet.

Until now I have not seen a website specifically dedicated to this form of transport, but I have met people who have so voyaged.

Finally, if you begin your own family in your own little nest, you will find the need to visit and partake in your siblings experiences will diminish. Then it will be their travel dilemma -- but then and again who isn't young that doesn't want to see the world.

    To Quote:

In 1833, a small monetary reward from the monarch allowed Andersen to do what he loved most - travel around in Europe for the very first time. He craved to...
"To move, to breathe, to fly, to float, To gain all while you give, To roam the roads of lands remote: To travel is to live." as he wrote in "The Fairy Tale of My Life". And probably therefore he frequently set out in his European sojourns after that, like he described his visits to Italy, Greece and Constantinople in the poesy "the Poet's Bazaar" much later, along with visits to places in Asia Minor and Africa.

  • List of things that made me happy this week   12 years 5 months ago

Thanks Clémentine! I had almost forgotten about this post, and forgotten to make a list in my head... Thanks for sharing and reminding me of what made me happy this week, like biking on my bicycle that was stolen for a day and then returned, laughing with friends and making Vera's story.
